  • What am I registering for?

    You are registering for the Official SC Tour Wallet Pass! This pass will give you the opportunity to receive select offers at the show(s) you are attending on the upcoming Short n’ Sweet Tour in North America (US Shows Only).

  • What exactly is a SC Tour Wallet Pass?

    The SC Tour Wallet Pass is a digital pass that registrants can add to their Apple Wallet or Google Pay depending on device. If you qualify for select offers, they will be listed on your Wallet Pass prior to show day.

  • Is the SC Tour Wallet Pass a ticket to the show?

    No, you still need your official ticket to enter the venue and attend the show.

  • How can I subscribe to Sabrina’s Mailing List?

    You can sign up here.

  • Is there a certain time I need to register by?

    We advise registering at least 7 days prior from the show(s) you are attending. Once Registration ends, it will be posted on the site.

  • When will I receive my Wallet Pass?

    Registrants will receive their Wallet Pass immediately after registration so be sure to check your text messages or Email. Reply Y to the SMS opt-in text to receive your offers via SMS.

  • Who qualifies for offers on the Wallet Pass?

    Fans who are registered for the show(s) they’re attending, subscribed to Sabrina’s mailing list AND added the Wallet Pass to their mobile device are qualified to be eligible for select offers.

  • What kind of offers will I qualify for?

    There will be surprise offers at each tour stop on the Short n’ Sweet Tour in the US. You will be notified closer to the show date if you qualify for these offers.

  • How will I receive my Wallet Pass offers?

    You will be notified of your available offers via Email and Push Notification. If you reply Y to the SMS Opt-In, you will also receive an SMS.

    To turn on your push notifications via Pass:

    For iOS users: make sure to turn on "Automatic Updates" and "Allow Notifications" on the back of your pass. Also head to Settings → Notifications → Wallet and turn on "Allow Notifications" for offer notifications.

    For Android users: make sure to check your SMS for offer notifications!

  • If I’m attending multiple shows, do I have to register for each city?

    Yes! You will only receive one Wallet Pass but please register for each show(s) you are attending so you can be eligible for offers.

    You should be able to sign in with the red text saying Phone number is already registered. Please log in after inputting your registration information for the additional show. You should be able to sign in with your phone number and register for multiple dates via the main site!

  • I am attending a show, but did not purchase the tickets, can I still register for a Wallet Pass?

    Yes! We encourage all who are attending the shows to register whether they are a ticket buyer or not!

  • Does everyone in my party need to register for a Mobile Wallet Pass?

    Some of the offers available through the SC Tour Wallet Pass will be for the pass holder only, so we highly recommend having everyone in your party sign up for their own pass.

  • I purchased tickets for multiple people. How does the Wallet Pass work for my entire party? What about minors?

    Select offers will cover everyone in your party. However, other offers will be individual, so we highly encourage everyone in your party to sign up for their own Wallet Pass.

    If you are attending the show with a minor, you do not need to sign up on their behalf. Any offers/experiences sent to you will accommodate accompanying minors.

  • What if I buy a ticket from someone else? Will I still receive my offers?

    If they have transferred the ticket to your account, you still have the possibility to receive surprise offers.
